Description

Can someone bring a Title III suit against a business if they have no intention of visiting that business again? When does the time for filing with the EEOC get extended from 180 days to 300 days? How do you determine whether an employer has enough employees to be subject to an ADA suit? This session will answer these and other questions about the often confusing requirements and barriers when bringing suit under the ADA, utilizing recent case law analyzing these issues.
